The physiotherapist (PT) was very thorough and careful in her examination. She was gentle with the injured area. She has great patient communication skills. She identified my problems and explained the therapy required. She demonstrated the therapy exercises and helped me go through them. I had opportunity to ask questions. For the exercises to do at home, I can refer to printouts, or go to the Select PT patient portal, where videos of my specific exercises are accessible.
