"3 out of 8 pumps at least are not working properly. They kick off every gallon. Young Mr. Ebersole was ever so rude when I asked him to have them inspected. Turned his back on me, walked away and mumbled something as he left that sounded like, I can't. Yeah well "I can't come back" so you are losing a 5 year customer. I guess you get enough New Yorkers pulling off I 81 so you don't need to develop customer relations in the town where you live."
"They do great work and you can trust them. I have been to other places that tell you that you need work that you don't. They won't do that. I really appreciate being able to get my car worked on by someone that I can trust and that is fair."
"Traveling thru this area with my family towing are fifth wheel trailer . We had a scary accident where we lost one or our wheel from the trailer in 81 north. I managed to hobble into this Exxon the shop was closed when we arrived. It just so happened that a fuel truck was here fueling the station and he was so nice that he phones his dispatch and advised them to relay a message to the owners that I would be setting up for the night . In the morning met with the manager al he was so nice to us and helped us get back on the road . He even let us plug in for power and use their water . These folks are honest decent people and my family and I are extremely thankful for their help"
