"Horrible bedside manner. Does not make the pt feel comfortable and explain what she is doing. Not very communicative. Very transactional. Cares more about bringing patients in than treating them. Best to find a Dr. who actually cares."

"The front desk medical assistants are unprofessional. It has been three weeks since my last visit and I couldn’t get my prescription order. I called many times and they said they would call me to fix the problem but I still did not get my prescription. My daughter had also stitches done in this office but some of them stayed inside her skin which made the scar again. Don’t go to this office look for more professional and dedicated healthcare providers that love what they are practicing."

"I set up a new patient appointment and got a slot 2 days from then. 2 hours before my scheduled appointment I get an email saying my appointment was cancelled at my request - which I did not do. I called, found out they're closing early and was never supposed to have been booked for the slot I was booked in. They also said they tried calling me with no answer - except I never received a missed call and my scam shield doesn't report blocking their calls either. Very unprofessional, I will use another practice."
