"Spouse had an appointment scheduled and gave advance notice that they could not attend as they were sick with COVID. No one acknowledged his message. No one answered phones. We still can't get ahold of anyone as they just hide behind an answering service. Somehow, they do have the capacity and time to bill him for the appointment. Highly unprofessional and frustrating."
