The therapist whom received my messages left me a voice mail informing me. I still received a large bill for the missed appointments. when i called to explain the situation the front desk staff was very rude and had no understanding. One lady transferred me while asking for the office manager after being rude. when i called back i asked for the office manager the lady said "this is her" after she got rude and loud with me she then says she was the assistant manager, and would not give me the office manager. the front desk has no patience , poor customer service, and is very rude. i will not be returning here at all. im very disappointed in their attitudes and manor of handling issues with their patients."
