"I am 60 years old woman who's been going to Juniper center for last 30 years or more. I know the time changed but back in the time, when they were at Springfield location, people were very nice and they made a privilege to taken care of a client or patients with their care and fast responses. Ever since a year or 2 years ago at this location on Prosperity avenue Juniper center has changed with poor poor services and non-caring attitudes and whole system changed. Nobody answers the phone calls at front desk or nurse case manager Ms Peggy, You leave a message but no one gives crab about showing care and concern enough to return the phone calls. Impossible to get through front desk people never answers the call or return calls for any medical urgent needs and lies about getting back to people soon on voicemail message. They say medications are sent to the pharmacies and they never did, Not to mention psychiatrist Dr Derrick Brooks has been very irresponsible and just disregard patience who has extreme case of depression and need for appointment or medications. I am very unsatisfied as being a patient and I am going to try to fine higher authority to report all this issues. You all there for every patient's need and you should be more care with kindness to support them as best as you can because you are in medical service. I am extremely disappointed and very angry at their poor services."
