"I had the worst service by the front desk ( there was a lady who spoke Spanish), I do speak Spanish. She charged me $84.58 Very bad customer service; nevertheless the nurses and Dr's were fantastic."

"Had a surgery there last week. Checking in was easy and short, the wait to be called back for pre op activities was short, the nurses were nice, everything was clean and orderly everything generally went smoothly. So sounds like 5 stars would be warranted BUT at least twice prior to going to the OR, without first consulting my chart to verify allergies or asking me about my allergies or even looking to see my allergy wrist band, started applying chlorhexidine based cleaning liquid before I could stop them. They immediately stopped after I caught what they were holding and wiped the area with alcohol but clearly after entering the OR and under general anesthesia where I couldn't stop them, clearly my entire leg was wiped in the stuff and now a week later I still have contact dermatitis which is painful, burny and itchy. A skin rash is not so horrible but what if it was some other more life threatening allergy and another patient's allergy list was also not checked and something worse had happened. What is the point of wearing the allergy bracelet and carefully telling them my allergy, if they are only going to ignore it? Its very frustratingamd unfortunatelythis isnt the first facility ive had issues with this. This is something that needs to be addressed to avoid any more serious lapses in the future"

From the preop phone call confirming details and getting health history, to text message updates, front desk staff, nurses in all 3 peri operative areas, and anesthesia team. Everyone was considerate, helpful, compassionate, and friendly. I felt extremely well taken care of and am fortunate to have been able to go there."
