They walk any customer through the process, both efficiently and thoroughly. They also offer a wide range of hours that accommodate for people's schedules. The rapid in house testing for pre-employment screenings was new to me, but it will definitely be the standard I hold other places to from now on. It was done withing three minutes, and you walk out of the lab knowing your results or if your test will need to be sent off to a lab.
