Persona Doctors - Woodbridge

"Ran out of medication, and was told on multiple occasions that the medication was being processed on shipped. Called CGS pharmacy and they put the blame on the postal service, even though they never filled it. It took numerous calls over a 10 days period to have the medication that I was paying for processed and shipped. I was out of my medication for over a week during the worst month of the year, Christmas! I was repeated lied too and calls were not returned. UPDATE: My medication was was supposed to be delivered FEDEX overnight, now won’t be delivered until Tuesday, 27 December 3023. Can this get any worse? Who can lose weight without their medications and at Christmas time? I have vacation scheduled the week after Christmas for a week. Who wants to make a bet that I leave without my medication in hand?"

"If you are in doubt of coming here please don't be!!!! They are amazing and treat you like family. I went here for 4 months and did lose some weight but I have some medical conditions that caused me to have to stop the program but I did lose weight prior to me being forced to quit. "I was on the program from 2016-2019 I'm off program now..and gained back twice the weight. Towards the end of my treatment with persona. I wasn't losing the last 10 pounds and none of the pills were working or suggestions the doctor gave me was working. My first visit with persona was that I told them I was having hormone issues. Which they said I wasn't but now I feel that I spent over 5000 for no reason. Very disappointing with the results and customer service at this facility.. once I told them I wasn't getting the results they kept on giving me other suggestions to stay on program, then I get to the point nothing was working and stopped the treatment and visits.all I can say the program doesn't work...."
