"My daughter has been in a handful of events hosted. I personally observed some of the practices, I found it to be very disconcerting to see just how rude and condescending the owner is when the public isn't around. Remarks to children who make mistakes/ fell behind were in my opinion demeaning at best The children do range in age, some deserve a more patient and compassionate touch. I will say the young lady helping was very kind and understanding."
