"I was approved by my insurance to have a procedure. They said they hadn’t received an approval. I took the copy of the letter from my insurance company, and had to drop it off after waiting 15 minutes. I have not heard back from them in over three weeks. Very poor office personnel, very rude. I’m still waiting to start my procedure, and they seem to not care."

"Scheduled an appt. for 12:45 online. I had sent my personal info, insurance card and drivers license via text. Got there at 12:20. Took 20 minutes to verify insurance. (Medicare and BC/BS). They said they sent me docusign papers. They did not. Took 15 minutes to fill out paperwork. My appointment was for 12:45. I waited until 1:45 then told them I was leaving. Very incompetent and inefficient."

"Avoid this place much as you can. THE worst place I have ever been to. This was my second time here for the annual checkup. Front desk ladies (A. Galer) and Sonali are completely incapable of handling a front desk job. I was asked to go to the DMV office just to get a page that is available online. The form has always been provided to me for the past 5 years by doctors. Any eye office carries it. I had to google the form myself with my eyes dilated and sent it to them. Then, I had to wait another 4 hrs to get it signed by the doctor. It literally takes a minute to fill up the medical section by Dr. Fein. I do not know what took her so long. Came in at 8.30 am and left at 12:30 pm. They need to train those ladies at the front to be respectful of others and do their job right. Not sure if I will be returning to this place again!!!"

"Dr.Eric Lee is the best and knoweledgable eye doctor. Sayed is the best multilingual nurse in this location. Maria the receptionist is great with explanations. Not sure about all those reviews about the delays but I was waiting just 10min. Fast and efficient."

"Terrible experience, the front desk employees were unprepared to handle me as a new patient. They made a mistake with my insurance. The Doctor was so rude and did not take his time with me. They scheduled an appointment minutes before he had to go to a "meeting" this caused him to be was very brief with me and provided me with no additional insight for my very serious condition. They couldve easily scheduled me with a other doctor but didn't. Read the other reviews that are below 4 stars they clearly don't care about their patients. I do not recommend."
