"I have been going to crossroads off and on for years and I have never been overtalked or shunned for honesty, I work an honest program and have been in and out for years. I have to say now at the Manassas location I’m not fond of doctor but the receptionist and counselors are great one week I’m praised for a positive screen for a positive screen being thAt it wasn’t opioids next week they are talking about in patient and wouldn’t let me talk or even be heard from doctor was very dismissive and rude because I was being honest. I absolutely don’t know the experience but this behavior from the person suppose to help u will quickly cause an addict to go backward instead of forward. Hopefully it was just a bad day for him because I will absolutely switch to another facility if this the standard."

"It's a good place to go for help but make sure you're 100% honest about your situation because it's the only way it will truly help. Take good care and be careful of you Rx because it's VERY DIFFICULT to get a new Rx if it's a certain class of medication, I learned the hard way. They are great as long as you do your part."

"Dr. Wolf was very understanding about the fact that my new insurance required me to get the pills that go under the tongue. His staff was very thoughtful about the fact that I didn't want to sit down because I have injured my hip and it hurts to bend. I love Dr. Wolf, his secretary and my social worker. They do more good and treat me better then most my other doctors. And that's saying a lot since I have 7. Only 2 doctors out of the 7 treat me as well as Dr. Wolf and his staff do. I actually feel human there rather then another number or pay check"

"Please, do not seek treatment here with ARS in Manassas. This is one of the most disorganized and negligent practices that has no genuine concern for the wellbeing and safety of its patients. It is easy for people to fall through the cracks and impossible to have your voice heard when it really matters. The receptionists are callous at best and do not care when your monthly follow-up appointment is dropped without a word. For example, the front office manager is more concerned with how much she feels is necessary to help you while on her paid leave...which is enough to say that you will never be viewed as a priority in the eyes of the staff here. Apparently, it is commonplace at ARS to let your patients fall into withdrawal from their medication treatment and endanger the months and years of their hard work and persistence in recovery, all because of your own mistakes and oversights that you wish to shirk accountability on. Your treatment of people struggling with addiction is egregious and reprehensible and a total violation of their patient rights. Even Dr. Wolf is conveniently silent during all of this when his priority should be (and always be) to protect and care for his patients which has made this experience such an utterly disappointing failure on his part. For those considering ARS for treatment, please do not endanger your recovery by choosing this practice. No one should ever make you feel like you're disposable, especially when we're already stigmatized by a society that views us as trash. I know options are scarce for addiction treatment providers, so please be careful if this is the only one feasible."
