"There's a reason this company has LESS than 2 stars. They are completely incompetent and you will be waiting endlessly for them to fulfill a prescription. If you are from a doctor's office, DO NOT subject your patients to this company. I have literally been waiting for more than 3 weeks for them to fill a prescription for a CPAP machine. I've called them multiple times only to be told that it's out of their hands and they're waiting for my insurance company to approve the prescription. After getting completely fed up with this response, I finally called my insurance company to find out what the delay is only to be told that my prescription doesn't require approval and if the fulfillment company had submitted the request properly, they would have known that. They told me I have literally been waiting for NOTHING. The prescription has since been sent to a different company for fulfillment since Bluepoint has absolutely no clue what they're doing. This company is a complete JOKE."

"I'd recommend going elsewhere. I went back and forth with them for a month trying to get equipment. After switching to another vendor, I got the equipment within a few days. Update 7/7/2023 I called back and confirmed the front desk was Marco. This is the company I was going back and forth with, not sure why they replied saying it wasn't."

"In March 2022, I informed Bluepont to cancel any future supplies for my cpap. In June, I received another order. I call and spoke with Marco and returned the supplies. Since then I have received two bills. Both times, I called and again spoke with Marco. This company is very incompetent. Extremely poor service and employees that don't know how to do their job. Stay away from this company!!!"

"Avoid this company at all costs. They provided with a cpap that didn't work at all. Then replacement they sent me didn't have a humidifier with it. They're essentially unusable without the humidifier. Then had the nerve to charge me for it. Just basic bad business practices. I absolutely despise this company. Also never believe any they say they will do on their part. They won't follow up with you and have no idea what keeping your word means...that's a major sign of bad business. They actually deserve negative stars. Lies, theft and equipment that doesn't work....would you do business with a company like that? You never said any of the things, like humidifiers being on back order and that all you have are old machines. My lawyer will have you pull the recordings and the truth will be revealed. I never "dropped" a machine. These are blatant lies, shame on you. You guys said that we will pick up the defective one in one month when we pick up the loaner. The fact that you try to blame me for your incompetence is appalling and will force me to take further action."
