"This is a medium sized Baptist church with two services on Sunday, Bible study Sunday pm along with weekly home based food/fellowship/Bible study cell groups, and a very active youth program. The pastor is young, dynamic and a terrific speaker- no one falls asleep during his entertaining and intelligent explanation of how to apply Biblical standards and teaching to our lives today and why it's important. The dress is nice casual, jeans are ok ( the pastor wears them too), the people are friendly, the coffee is free, the service lasts one hour. The congregation is all ages, including young single moms, teens and kids, young families, middle aged couples and older folks at both services. The music is prayer and praise contemporary mixed with old standards every Sunday, four songs at the front end and one song ending the service. The pastor speaks for a half hour. There is opportunity for community outreach with group activities. There is also an empty nester group that likes to travel. We personally have been at this church for eight months and go every Sunday, and as one of us has been sick or in the hospital, the church has stood in the gap to help with whatever we needed. This church family does what it preaches."
