"I was 19 when I was there for a little bit paving a parking lot. I was in advanced training and was visiting from another facility located in Albany Georgia. My initial facility where I received basic training was fort Simcoe job Corp Washington state. From what I remember of this particular facility is everyone was friendly. That includes staff. And for a little bit of information I am 46 now. So it's been a year or two. Lol."

Hi my name is John Roldan Aka( Big pun) , I attended Flatwoods years ago and achieved my high school equivalency and two trades. Residential & commercial electrical wiring & arc and mig flux core and non flux core shield welding certificates. I have to say I really enjoyed myself and was given the time I needed to mature while gaining the skills I needed to succeed in todays work force. I made some life time friends and was place on a job in Atlanta with Mike Saunders Aka (Big Mike). We both came a long way together but unfortunately lost contact because I decided to move back to NYC as things did not go as planned in Atlanta. Today I am happy to share mike and I are both doing great, both of us hold union jobs with excellent wages. He remained welding and I choose to change my field and am now in hospitality. I just wanted to share and let everyone of you who would like to make a change in life and attend Flatwoods know attending would the best decision you would ever make to better your life.
