"I think they are wonderful! From Shelly at the front desk (who remembers everyone’s names) to Teresa. Teresa takes any of my medical issues very seriously. Had a scare and she made sure that I was in to see the specialist that week. Amazing. Very caring people. Highly recommend."

"The office staff is Great. Teresa is NOT. I sat there over 2 hours. TWO!!! She said they had an emergency. On their phone message it says ,"If this is an emergency, please hang up and call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room." Which is a block away from their Tazewell location. Then when I try to explain to her my situation, she says to me, " I don't want to hear all that, I want to know WHY you are here today and what you want us to do??" Basically, I have to go back to her on February 1 to see her again after she gets all of my medical records. I've only lived in this state for 4 1/2 years and with covid hitting I've had a hard time finding a primary care physician."
