"This is my last time to the movies. It’s much cheaper to watch at home.. 2 drinks, popcorn, nachos, and 2 movie tickets.. $65… this is a rip off and they don’t even have the comfortable seats… the movie also started late"
"Chairs in the middle of row O were dirty and needed repair. The theater smelled a bit muggy. The staff at the service counter were super friendly. The bathroom was clean. The cherry and blueberry iced slushy, and popcorn hit the spot as we watched Aqua Man The Lost Kingdom. I could see co.ing back mainly because there isn't another movie theater near Massanutten Resort for miles. Fresh air in the building and clean repaired chairs would greatly improve the experience here."
"Great food, good staff, nice seats, good sound. But oh my god! Why are there SO MANY ads?!?!? They just spam them well past when the movie starts. I had a movie that was supposed to start at 7:40 and the trailers didn't even start till 8:00. Then the trailers last over 20 minutes. If you're gonna do that, fine. But at least do the courtesy of letting people know what time the movie itself is supposed to start."
"Well managed cinema, no complaints with service. Theaters always very clean and well maintained. Never a long wait at the ticket booth or snack counter. Staff always friendly and helpful. I notice a lot of reviews complaining of high prices....it's an issue industry wide and not local to this theater...don't want to overpay, then don't go to the movies."
