Cumberland River Comprehensive

Cumberland River Comprehensive, located at 134 Comprehensive Drive in Harlan, Kentucky, is a nonprofit community mental health center that has been providing quality outpatient services since 1966. Their mission is to help all members of the community achieve their highest potential for living satisfying, productive, and valued lives. Services offered include individual, couple, marital, family, and group counseling for mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as referral services for in-patient hospitalization. Cumberland River Behavioral Health also provides access to a 24-hour crisis line for adults and children experiencing mental health, substance use, and suicide crises. They serve a wide area including Bell, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knox, Laurel, Rockcastle, and Whitley counties.
