"Couldn't beat the girls there they are nice as can be and knows what they are doing . My Dr James is grate he ask all the right questions as a Dr should. Makes sure you get the best care from him. If I say my ears or legs or even my arms he gets right down to the matter and finds out what's going on. I would encourage anyone to go there they are the best."

"I think Dr Crystal Jone is a great dr and she has help me if she has help me more than most Drs and if she thinks you need it she will send you to a specialist. The staff is always friendly and good to me they all feel like family to me .I have a lot of health issues but Dr Crystal takes her time and I have never felt like she was in a hurry to get me out like I have in the past by other Drs.i would highly recommend her to anyone because I think she is very intelligent .Irene Wiggins"

"I went to see crystal on Friday the 15th if January my meds was suppose to be called on by 430pm and 4 days has passed nothing has been called in she treats me like nothing is wrong everything will be called in but I’m getting lied too. What can I do. The woman who is in front of the office does not take my temperature for COVID-19 she does like me help me I know it’s not crystal I think anyway but I feel it’s the other lady named Starr"

"One of the most welcoming medical offices I have been to. The waiting area and patients' examing rooms were very clean, the restrooms were spotless, and the staff was very friendly. The Wait time was less than 15 minutes. I have been looking (and found) an office that the patients needs are first. Most of the time dr.s' offices were very much like a carwash where you go in, and ran through a series of people in a hurry and trying to get you in then get you out. One of my former doctors actually swiped an i.d. card in a computer when he entered the exam roim, then spent a certain amount of minutes and as soon as he thought he was done, he swip his card again!!!!!! You were basically out if time and let's not forget, he ran out of the room before you had time to ask any questions because he logged out already!!!!! And some of the nurses would try to be friendly, and tell you, (if you need us just give us a call)!! I never have because I knew you would be worked in. Oh yeah, don't call the doc because he don't do anything free, but he does telehealth visits which are chargeable!!!!!"
