"Front desk took two weeks to mail a referral. Then when I called about it, claimed they had no record of me being referred anywhere. After having the ultrasound I was referred for, they claimed a week later the fax that was sent to them had not arrived and they did not have it. Their phones work 40% of the time and when you talk to any of them they are rude and snippy. Was once 3 minutes late to an appointment and they said they had to reschedule. The front desk is incompetent and severely over their heads. Update 7/25/22 Office was supposed to refer me to Derm 1 in June. Was told the referral lady was backed up and they would call me back ASAP. This was beginning of June. Made the appointment myself and am looking for a new general practitioner."

"Husband and I moved to the area a year ago. This group was listed as a provider. I liked the PA, but this place has problems. Getting a refill can take 5+ days after multiple calls to office and pharmacy. One day, phone went to message about "this wireless customer is not accepting calls." The med I needed, can't just be stopped suddenly, which I explained. The side effects from doing so are nasty. Explained all this and still nothing. We will both be pulling out and finding a proper physician to go to. See ya!"

"Been a few times. They always have time for me and are very nice to me. They are generally concerned for my well being. Also each of their room in the back have cute themes like the most recent one I was in had pinecone wallpaper and pictures. One thing that they do that’s really cool is they have separate seating for sick people vs. checkups. When I come in they ask about my mental health not just what I’m there to see them for. It’s a wonderful place that actually cares. Plus I would much rather come here than go to a hospital."

"This place is awful. They are never open when they say they are. Called on Thursday to make an appointment and they said to just come in anytime before 4 pm and I leave work early and got there by 3:45 and the lights are off and the door is locked. Could see the staff hiding in the office. I knocked and they ignored me. I will be going somewhere else from now on."
