MedExpress Urgent Care

"I will never go there again. I started throwing up Sunday with body aches, fever, chills and sweats and sore throat and went to MedExpress Monday and the girl that swabbed barley touched my nostrils. Then I see this doctor who I told all my symptoms to and she said your ears are red they must be infected, don't they hurt. I said uhhhh no. Then she said looks like you have pink eye, I said uhh no. Then she said it might be a upper respiratory infection lol. Gave me antibiotics and only 2 days off work but they did do another sample send off. I went to work Wed still feeling horrible and had to leave then I get a call this morning saying whoops, you do have the flu and it's to late to take tamaflu. I went to work and probably infected a lot of people because MedExpress is a place of convenience, not a place to get you better."

"Never again. My husband went last week. He was diagnosed with a sinus infection and pneumonia, though x-ray wasn't available. He came home and took the medicine given him as prescribed. He got WORSE!!! After three days of steady decline, he ended up in the ER, where they let him know that he did NOT have pneumonia, nor did he have a sinus infection. He had been having a flair up of his COPD. He was made sicker because med express provider had written him a high-dose antibiotic and a steroid that wasn't effective for his treatment. Thank God the ER was able to determine the real cause of his illness and immediately stopped the antibiotic and put him on the correct treatment. I'd give zero stars at this point if I could."

"I don't know what we'd all do if we didn't have Med Express. I've used their services 2 or 3 times and each time it was fast and efficient. The staff are all so friendly which is very important cos if you're at that type of establishment you're already a little tramatized. The Dr really makes you feel that every thing will be ok."

"Front of house staff and medical staff were great. The only thing about this visit is that X-ray was not available and the only sign to show that it wasn't available was smaller than an average size of paper and I really needed an X-ray of my chest that day and I didn't see the sign when I signed in not because of my vision it's good. I didn't see the sign until I paid my copay and I knew it was to late to go somewhere else by that time."
