"I just want to give a shout out to all who cared for my Dad this morning. I am actually Michelle Gullett Mullins. I live in NC and was told that he got excellent Healthcare there in Welch, and everyone was super nice before he got transferred out. I spoke with someone named Robin, and I don't know if she was a Registration Clerk, LPN, or RN, but this Lady went above and beyond with her customer service skills, and even called the hospital to reassure me that everything was fine and that my Dad did arrive. I worked in the ER here in NC for over 20+ years, and still work in Healthcare. Great job team, and thankful for you all."
