"The Staff mislabels random urine samples because of the newly hired Staff’s incompetence. Most of the Counselors have quit and/or been fired and the newly hired Counselors are not familiar with the system and results in a lot of Malpractice. The Organization has many times violated HIPPA and refuses to release medical records to the patient upon request. This facility endangers the lives of their patients because of their immoral policies. For example if a patient is Hospitalized for an Automobile accident or an Heart Attack and forced to miss 2 consecutive days of dosing they are expelled from the clinic and forced to restart at 30mg per day. If said patient was on 120mg per day that large decrease can cause Seizures, cardiovascular risks and possibly Death. This Clinic needs to be Closed and the Entire Staff fired and the State Health Board should reopen it with Qualified Medical Professionals!"

"If you are looking for a methadone clinic that will help you alleviate stress from your life, find somewhere else to go if you can. The clinic in Cedar Bluff, Virginia is more concerned about rules and regulations than the client's peace of mind and stability. I have been to five methadone clinics in my life, and this place terrifies me. I go twice a month, and every time I go I feel sick. The counselors are powerless to help you. At all other clinics the counselor's input is paramount, since they are the people who actually sit down with you and know you. At this clinic it is the nurses who see you for about a minute when you dose and a doctor you will never see unless you make an appointment. In my opinion, no matter how well you are doing or not doing we are all treated like liars and thieves. It really is tragic for people who need and want help. Patricia Lindsey"
