"What kind of health care person tells their patient that they can't help you...and by way of receptionist, doesn't even have the decency to tell you herself or why. As for the receptionist she was pretty hateful when relating the message. Not to mention that I had called and left 2 messages the day before and they were so busy they didn't bother to call back. So if you want treated like you're a pest and your health is irrelevant, then be sure to make an appointment."
