"I used to look forward to going to see my doctor Sidney at New life Medicine and also seeing April and Edna. I have grown to love and trust them with everything ! Now that my favorite doctor , Sidney is gone I don’t want to go back ! It’s giving me anxiety even thinking about it ! How come these companies run off the good ones that actually care and want to help us ? Why can’t the PATIENT be put first like WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE? I’m in nursing school and in my fundamental class , that is the very first thing I learned about patient -centered care …Let me “say” that again …..PATIENT-CENTERED CARE ! Shame on these people for running off the ones who put us ( patients) first! This is the last time they will see me and bill me and I promise …you will lose more ! Hope it was worth it ! "This place used to be my safe place and I finally found an awesome doctor who listened to me, understood me and where I was coming from .... Sidney always put me and my sobriety and mental state first before anything and now that she is gone... I will not go back and all the referrals I sent there will follow Sidney because she honestly cared about us ... yes us the PATIENT ! Sidney and I have a bond like no other , we both are from this area and I know a lot of her family ! I left my last doctor just to come see Sidney and I will follow her where ever she goes ! Just know it won't be long before this place don't have a patient left. This is a small town and when one of our own is done wrong we won't stand for it !!!"
