"If you like fast paced work, then this is the job for you! In my opinion if you expect to get paid for just standing around or disappearing, you will not fare well. (They will come find you! ) You will earn every.single.dollar. It is not a job for those with poor work ethic. You'll never be bored, there is always something to do. Your days go by fast! This is an extremely PHYSICAL job! Safety is number one with the company. There is a lot of potential to move up, you just have to come to work and show some interest and initiative. If you hold none of these qualities, then no need to apply. And for those of you who are felons, yes they will hire you and it's on a case to case basis. The background check company will ask about your crimes (be honest) and show them what you have done to rehabilitate yourself and all should be fine (as long as you aren't some murderous petifile)! The pay is decent, starts out at 15.85 for creelers (where most people start out as) , with a dollar differential for second and 3rd shifts with 2 15 min breaks and a 20 min lunch, all paid. Increase pay comes with increased responsibility like on the production line. Be expected to work overtime, it's mandatory. Must be a team player."

"This is the most horrible and discriminatory place you can ever pick up or drop off the load. I drove 238 miles to come at this facility to pick up a load which was a floor carpet after giving backup on door 5 and after a while the other gentleman came out and told me that my trailer smells and I have to go clean it. I drove 35 miles away to a truck wash and paid the truck wash $150 to detail my trailer inside, then drove back another 35 miles to the facility and they told me the trailer still has some smell. I was so depleted and pleaded with them but they told me that they can’t load carpet on my trailer. This was nothing but discrimination. Drivers of you’re reading this comment please don’t come to this facility because people are so mean at this location. I don’t think even if they like their job. DON’T, DON’T I MEAN IT, DON’T COME AT THIS FACILITY."
