"I get adequate care at Community Medical Care and Dr. Yousuf is an outstanding physician. The problem I have is the way Joy Kimbrell FNP orders my medications. I tell her which ones to send to Humana and which ones to send to Scottie Pharmacy, yet it is never right. Month before last, they were sent to both places so I had double meds to pay for as you can’t return medication to a pharmacy after you leave with them. This time I asked to just have them all sent to Scottie Pharmacy. However, 4 were sent to Humana so I ended up having to spend $80. More than I would have. I call and inform the office, but the orders are prescriptions end up getting filled both places when I call."
