Reviews
"If giving this “Medical Facility” a negative star (-⭐️), or a “NO Star” review were an option, I ABSOLUTELY would. My family & I have only been to/seen a medical provider at this “Urgent Care”, twice. These were work-day situations in which our regular physician had no available appointments, and because the medical issues being experienced had not escalated to the point it called for an “ER” visit. None the less, medical assistance/care was still needed. Upon both visits, we found the staff members to be incredibly rude, lacking a sense of professionalism & portrayed themselves as if they had NO medical training/experience whatsoever. Not failing to mention, during our first visit, I had went to use their restroom (which, i had noticed females in the waiting area were seeming to avoid to use) to walk in and find the floor covered in urine. Someone had clearly urinated on the floor, on the commode, it even seemed to be in the SINK! I politely told the staff sitting at the front desk, and within the 3 hours we were there, not one employee made an effort to clean this up! It wasn’t a situation that could’ve been overlooked, because in addition to being disgusting, the smell was TERRIBLE! Patients in waiting began to cover their noses, wouldn’t sit anywhere near that side of the waiting area & immediately told anyone who would go to use the women’s restroom to, “please do not open the door… it was gross in there & they wouldn’t want to use that bathroom anyways”. Upon our second visit, they downright denied my husband care/the right to be seen by a Doctor! Despite the fact my husband walked into their building with a 100 degree fever, visible signs of pain, swelling & redness at the infection site… clearly feeling AWFUL. They still made NO effort to give him medical assistance. They proceeded by telling him he couldn’t be seen due to the “nature” of the medical issues he was experiencing & if they were to agree to see him, they would have to deny him the ability to apply his FULL-COVERAGE health insurance. We asked why he could not be seen. We argued about our health insurance by showing them the bill we received from the visit 2 months prior (the first visit) regarding the exact same issues, resulting in my husband being seen, treated & having that visit turned into our insurance. To all of which we were simply shut down & were told if we were unhappy, we could contact management. Regardless, they weren’t willing to see him. I had began to video record them at that point, upon which I questioned if the point of the facility was to provide people who needed it with quick, convenient medical care. One of the women working behind the desk “clapped back”, responding to my concern by saying, “Not on the days we want to go home & patients want to be overly difficult by asking too many questions”. Keeping in mind, he arrived at 6pm on a random, holiday free Wednesday. They had not one patient in the waiting area, nor were there any patient vehicles in the parking lot with the exception of our own. Due to being turned away for treatment at Urgent Care, we ended up having to go to the Emergency Room (just adding… they took/ran our health insurance without issue). Upon my husband actually being able to receive care, he had to be given IV Antibiotics, IV pain medications & fluids due to the severity of an infection that had spread along his facial lymph nodes. The ER physicians were in awe at the misconduct we experienced & were equally concerned as to why ANY medical staff/facility would not treat a patient with clear signs of infection! HOWEVER!…. If any patient, or individual has ANY issues regarding the staff, treatment, the medical care (or in our case, the lack thereof) please, PLEASE call their management staff! I’ve spoken to them at length about our personal experiences & they were immediately involved! They are 100% willing to advocate on behalf of their patients."
"Supposed to close at 6:00pm. Drive a good 30 minutes to get here and it’s 4:45 and they’ve closed for the day. I get it’s a Saturday but my Gosh. You’re better off just going to the ER!"
"To the person who seems to be obsessed with these reviews there are ZERO comments on here about you!! I Will say Adam Stiltner is the only NP I will see up there, out of the two that work full time (thank God the other will be leaving soon or at least going prn only!!!). Adam is amazing and very professional. Amber is such a sweet good heart all around great nurse. Jessica is an excellent receptionist always willing to help. Jennifer in X-ray has great communication. Management however has a major ZERO rating, to which they don’t seem to care about their employees at all!! (The patient is always right, even when the patient is in the wrong). To all the complaints about the wait times and all the other pettiness, let me say you should work there!! AND when they say we close at 7:00 that does not mean at 7:01, be respectful and please arrive at a sensible time. After working 12 straight hours with some of the craziness we do you’d be more than ready to go home on the 12th hour too!! AND I will add there will ALWAYS be situations that trump others that’s called triage. For example a asthma attack will be brought back before you and your sore toe you’ve had for two weeks, please be respectful of others and put yourself in their shoes. The reason they’re brought back in front of you may not be stated to you because of HIPPA, if you don’t know what that is, google it. Next the only NP that is any count is Adam Stiltner, saying that he goes as fast as he possibly can seeing one patient at a time. That’s all he can possibly do. On extremely busy days and wait times are 2 hours plus I’ve personally seen him ask for help and to send another provider to help with the load and every single time he turned down by management, so please be patient with him. These are my professional and personal opinions. I give this place a very low rating not for the service or the only NP that I care for, but for the fact this facility could be a very useful thing for our community but I feel as management even higher up management could care less. Urgent care is out of sight out of mind!!!"
"The receptionist and the girl taking the info in the room was very kind. From what I seen the receptionist, was kind and considerate to other patients-unlike the posted reviews. But I told the doctor my symptoms, chills all through the night, coughing up thick green for days. Forced myself to get out of bed to come in. No energy. He said I had allergies. I said I never had allergies. Went home. Got worse. Went to another Doctor-told same symptoms. Sent for x-ray have pneumonia."
