"Bay Tree Manor deserves more than just 5 stars. Not only were the grounds immaculate and well kept, the location itself was extremely beautiful and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, Mark and Paige greeted us with open arms into their home. It really felt like staying with your favorite cousins. They could not have been more accommodating and wonderful hosts. We stayed with them for my son's Coast Guard graduation, and we would go out of our way to stay with Mark and Paige again. There's just simply not enough stars to accurately describe this B&B. Best breakfast and accommodations. What more could anyone ask for!! Thank you again Mark and Paige for the best weekend."

"Bay Tree Manor was such a gem!! We love the peaceful location, and the view of the bay was spectacular (we especially enjoyed the gorgeous view of the sun rise every morning)! The swimming pool was awesome and the attention to detail to provide comforts to our room was way beyond what we were expecting. Paige and Mark thought of everything and then some! Everything was so clean and welcoming. We cannot say enough about Paige and Mark. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was seriously top-notch, and their welcoming personalities were genuine - honestly the best we've ever experienced. The breakfasts were EXCELLENT - we don't think we could find a better or more delicious meal or service in a 5-start restaurant! "If I could rate this place 1,000 stars; I would!! Paige & Mark are simply the most excellent people you will meet. I travel throughout the US a lot and have stayed at various resorts, hotels, etc... Nothing compares to this bed & breakfast!!! Photos & videos dont do justice. You must experience this place, the backyard is so peaceful. The scenery is just beyond perfect. The rooms are super clean & smell great! Paige & Mark make you feel like long time family. I'll close this off with saying Mark & Paige prepared me a large delicious breakfast both days!! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast if you're in the Virginia area!!"

"We just had the most incredible vacation. Was the most enjoyable and most relaxing trip we have ever had. Mark and Paige not only thought of everything (and I mean everything) but also provided the best 5 star stay we could hope for or have ever experienced anywhere else. The rooms are luxurious, the grounds and pool were outstanding and the breakfast(s) they served were better than any fine dining we have encountered in our extensive travels. We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend a visit to anyone wanting the most relaxing, peaceful, pampered experience you will ever have. We now have two new wonderful friends and are already planning another trip there this fall."
