"I sent a client to see Dr. Owen's for a pyshciatric eval and he completed the eval but never sent in the report or his recommendations. We tried calling the office multiple times for over two months asking for the report and recommendations and the office/Dr. Owens never called or responded. Very unprofessional and my poor client continues to wait for his recommendations for hope he can get better. This office is a terrible example of what a doctors office should be. I do not recommend."
"I first seen Dr.Owens about 10 years ago when I was in a very low place in my life. He helped me to work thew those issues. Now I take my issues to God,but sometimes if I need a human person to talk to, I know I can talk to him and never hear what was said between us in the streets.That you tell theses so call friends about,and tell it the minute you turn your back."
