"I was a patient, my favorite doctor left, this was over a year ago, I have not heard from the practice about transferring me to another doctor, I have had 2 bouts of bladder cancer so I was having a cystoscopy twice a year, it has been over a year since my last cystoscopy, just called the office to see if I could see someone and was on hold for 20 minutes with no one answering the phone, gave up! This practice needs to be investigated, there is no excuse for someone to be on hold that long with as many employees up front!"
"The WORST experience possible with any Medical staff!!! My 15 year old son went in with a 9cm mass in his abdomen, the urologist opted for him to have a CT scan (with no blood work) I fought for a week+ to get this CT scan scheduled, when I called to make the appt the young lady on the phone told me “your son is NOT IMPORTANT”. The day before the CT scan the hospital called and told me they had no information yet from the office to my insurance. They did not submit anything to my insurance until the day before the CT scan. When I called the office with my insurance company on the phone for the information they needed, I could hear the young girls cackling in the background about the situation because they never put me on hold. This isn’t even half of my experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Staff is RUDE. Dr. in ER said husband needed to be seen 3 to 5 days, from Monday when he went to ER they set him up for 9 days. Had to go back to ER next day bag was causing bleeding. Started calling this bunch at 8, when they open, reached at 8:30 told them he needed to be seen Friday, said they don't do that, then told had to speak to a nurse, put me on hold then I had to leave a message. CENTRA AND THIS PLACE ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I had an appointment set on a Monday at 10:30 am. The Friday before a nurse called me, made sure I was coming and confirmed the date and time. I showed up a few minutes early, was told my appointment, after they found it, was at 1:30? How did if change between Friday and Monday? They wanted to know if I could come back at 1:30 pm. I told them no it was a 60 mile round trip, in fact I won’t go back again!"
"I was referred by PCP due to recurrent UTIs. (My first visit in Oct 2021 was with Morgan McDowell and she was GREAT and her treatment plan made a huge difference) I developed symptoms for the first time since starting treatment and scheduled an appt for 03/01/22 the only provider available was Jill Frances, NP. I left my sample with the nurse and as soon as Jill Frances came in the door, she looks at her paper with my symptoms listed on it and asks me what's going on. I reiterate everything I told her nurse while she looks over the paper. Never even had me get on the table. Tells me I do not have an infection. I tell her I have had many and I know that is what I am experiencing. She tells me that I am just dehydrated and that she can culture my sample, but she didn't think there was any need. I told her to send the sample as I know my body. I left feeling discouraged as I she was cold and dismissive. On 03/03/22 at 12:39p I called for culture results; was told they are not in to call back at 3p. At 1:26p my pharmacy notifies me a prescription is ready for pick up. I have since called CMG Urology 4 times. The first time was hung up on after being on hold. The other 3 times I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail the last time at 3:05p, I have still not been given the courtesy of a phone call to confirm that I DO actually have the infection that I was previously told wasn't present."
