The time from my arrival to when the appointment with my therapist actually began could have been shorter, but the wait was not burdensome. My therapist was congenial, knowledgeable, and most competent. She disgnosed and assessed my condition thoroughly but expeditiously, prescribed me some exercises, and sent me on my way. My appointment was a pleasant experience. These folks do good work."
