"I REALLY wish I had read the reviews before I brought my sons here. We moved from out of state with existing ADHD meds and it took almost two weeks AFTER our appointment to get the psychiatrist to finally call the prescription into the pharmacy and by then, the pharmacy was out of what they had in stock earlier in the week."

"This facility is truly unacceptable. Trying to have controlled prescriptions refilled here is honestly ridiculous. They NEVER answer the phone- and I have gone weeks without my medication in the past. They continuously create excuses for their horrendous treatment towards patients. I have read countless reviews of people with similar experiences and it’s quite disheartening to see how awful everyone’s experiences at this place are."

"the doctor i saw (dr chudi okafor) was very condescending, obsessive, manipulative, and rude. he used my mental health information against me to create a false narrative about me, wouldn’t listen to me when i asked about a new medication and tried to blame all of my mental health issues on a very low dose of CBD i take for severe fibromyalgia (which has helped me tremendously and completely legal to obtain here in VA). i tried desperately to shift the conversation away from it but he would not let it go and became very manipulative and argumentative. i was treated like i was stupid and a moral failure, and like he knows me better than i know myself from the few appointments i had with him. i was absolutely shocked, extremely uncomfortable, and left in tears. i know multiple other people who have cried from how they’ve been treated here. it seems like a pretty common experience. it’s not just the doctors either. the doctors will forget to refill meds and you’ll be insulted and treated like you’ve done something wrong for calling to ask for your prescription. basically everyone here seems to be incredibly rude and disrespectful and do not have your best interest at heart. i will not be going back."

"My son has had 3 doctors since 2020 bc of turnover. It’s impossible to establish rapport and trust. Appointments are continuously rescheduled by the clinic forcing to beg for refills to hold over until finally seen."

"Doctors have been fine other than the insane turnover, but man, when you’re concerned about side effects or trying to refill your medication, it’s impossible to get ahold of someone. I called today and a nurse directly hung up on me TWICE without even talking to me. Just sent me to voicemail or put the phone back on the base. It’s a pain to try to even get a refill."
