She took the time to evaluate me as a whole. After seeing a provider at a hospital owned practice, I was so relieved to be treated as a person and not a number. I'd seen this NP before for another issue, and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, the aforementioned event led me to find another doctor's office, as I felt very uncomfortable receiving care from this team again. "Dr. Rank and his daughter Jennifer are awesome. If you need anything call and talk to his wife, she is the one that takes care of the prescriptions. She is amazing too! The only reason why I left was because after 15 years we switched to my husbands insurance and it’s cheaper to be seen in their network. But I started here in 2009 with Dr. Christian then moved to Dr. Rank a while after he retired, and didn’t leave until 2022. I didn’t have all these issues that I see people talking about I just by passed talking to the front."

"DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE DOCTORS "OFFICE" I called the emergency number here left a great polite message about having strep and looking for help. This is my regular doctors office.... NO one called back. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST TWO TIMES. This is not a new occurrence, these people are no professional. Avoid here at every cost. I cant believe that a place that calls themselves a doctors office never calls people back that call and are looking for doctors help. Whats the point? Yall should just close your doors. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NEVER CALL YOU BACK."

"Called to get an appointment as a new established patient! As soon as I mentioned I have Anthem through the market place.. she is like oh yeah we are not accepting new patients now! Wow!! I wanted to see Dr Herb Rank! He is an amazing Dr! But, his front desk could use some help!"
