"Went in for an extreme muscle spasm in my back and was seen with very little wait! I was in and out in less than an hour, including X-rays. The PA I saw really listened to me and took in all the info I gave him. I hope I don’t have to come back soon, but if I do I won’t hesitate to come here again!"

"This place is wonderful! My first visit. No appointment. Waited only about 20 minutes. Pain in my shoulder and hip. The PA I saw was interested in my whole story and was soooo professional and respectful of this 74 year old. They did very thorough exrays and exam. Shot in the shoulder and good direction for the hip pain. If you have unexplained joint pain, go there!"

"Was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. The nurse was as nice as can be. PA-C Acevedo was also so kind and patiently listened to all of my concerns. He did a thorough evaluation and explanation of the problem area. Wish I could remember the XRay Techs name, he was super as well. I really appreciated that everyone took their time with me. For how busy they are all day, I didn’t feel like just a number and for that, I will ALWAYS recommend this facility to anyone who needs it!"

"Facility was great. Thorough and friendly. Communication after the visit was very poor. Triage nurses do not pick up when transferred to and call back 1 out of 5 calls. Needed a script, which was never sent to a MRI facility even though I left specific daily messages saying it was incorrect. This will now involve another month of waiting for a Dr and MRI. 3 stars for the initial visit. Dr, not even 3 for lack of empathy....."

"This place is incredible. It saves a really long and expensive ER visit and replaces it with faster and higher quality care! The location is perfect, the doctors and PAs are friendly and knowledgeable, and it is quick. I went here because I fractured the tip of my finger in 4 places. I got in to be seen in about 10 minutes, x-rayed in 5 min., diagnosis in about another 5 min. They had me splinted and a follow-up with a surgeon scheduled in another 5 min. and I was out the door. Incredible! Thank you for putting this in Forest."
