"Told me my appointment was at 11:30 on the phone. I arrived at 11:10 or so to check in. Had a seat and waited, and waited, and waited, as I watched people come in and out, and people without appointments go in. I finally asked for my co-pay back at 12:15& was told that my appointment was at 11:45 and that I was next and had checked in at 11:58!!! What a joke!! I was able to go to a MedExpress with an appointment and get in and out within 20 minutes ( and by arriving early was out before my appointment time!!!) Great job Carilion!! Only gave a one star because I had to give a star to access reviews!!!!"
"Yes, you have to make an appointment now. Their website didn't make that clear last time I tried to walk in. Since then, I've been to two appointments and they were able to see me the day I called. The appointments went smoothly, no complaints."
"I needed to go to the walk in clinic due to a tick bite that was showing signs of Lyme bacterial infection this past Sunday on 11/12/2023. The two ladies that took care of me were exceptional. When I left, I felt uplifted & much calmer, safer in my situation. Now that is good medicine ;-)"
