"Only giving two stars because of Molly. She was the real hero there and the reason I stayed for as long as I did. But it sure seems as though money is more important than any patient care. I haven’t been there in two years almost and they still from time to time call me to try and milk some money out of me with some “missed” payments??? Anyways you can decide for yourself but here is my warning."

"Every other bad review sums it up. I’ve been without refills of antidepressants on multiple occasions and have been forced to suffer through withdrawal symptoms because a guy with a doctoral degree that I spend thousands of dollars to see for 10 minutes every single month refuses to send in my refills. Which is extremely DANGEROUS and unprofessional. Currently in the process of finding a different office with staff who actually care for their patients. If you’re considering coming here, I beg you, don’t."

"DO NOT TRUST YOUR EMOTIONAL CARE TO THESE PEOPLE! There is only one good provider here. Molly. ALL of the admin and front desk staff is RUDE, argumentative, and inept at their jobs. Multiple occasions, they have either messed up my RX, not sent it to the Pharmacy, or completely disregarded it. At least twice, I have had to go without my medication. On these two occasions, it was completely due to lack of follow through or completion by the staff. For your own health, DO NOT go here!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend recommended this place because she had been going for a few years. When I went the front staff made me feel worthless like I didn’t belong there. No smiles and when asking question was made to feel stupid and incompetent. I had high anxiety at the time and having multiple panic attacks a day. I was worried for other patients who may be dealing with severe depression because this place wouldn’t help at all. When they put me on lexapro I shared that I am scared of new medications and it may take me some time to start taking them. Once I ran out I couldn’t pay the co-pay to see them again and when I called to ask for a refill they stated that I didn’t need the meds as it had been two months since getting the medication so I had to jump off the medication which sent my anxiety through the roof. They said until I pay the money I owe they will not see me or refill my medication. I also didn’t see the actual dr until my 6th or 7th visit. I only saw the nurse practitioner (two of them because one quit) who had to sympathy as I was crying historically due to the daily anxiety I was dealing with at the time. I felt worse every-time I left the office."

"Money over patient care, period. Same meds for 4 of the years I was here and still required monthly visits the entire time. The MD never had any productive conversation with me and was more concerned about my marital and financial status than my mental health. He was also strangely fixated on my degree not being "high enough" and my career was never an issue for me, but he stated it was a "good start, but I seemed to have trouble fully amounting to much." Im an RN. Spent months trying to get someone to adjust my medication with every visit ending in a promise to address it "next visit"... for a YEAR. Front staff is awful, rude, and cold. I was charged for missed appointments that either weren't missed or were phone appointments the provider never called ME for. Every phone interaction I have had with them resulted in frustration. They have no regard for patients being left without medications, even SSRI and SSI medications. Was left waiting on a call for a phone appointment for nearly 3 hours, but when I walked in 6 minutes late due to construction on the entire street they are on and I called ahead to notify them of being stuck in traffic, I was charged $50 for a missed appointment. I've spent more to come here and be disrespected than I have spent for my cardiologist visits. When I attempted to change providers within the clinic, I was told I had to speak directly with the Dr. I wanted to switch from about it during my NEXT APPOINTMENT and he would have to approve me seeing a different psychiatrist there.in other words, pay us for an appointment to discuss why you want to switch and let the problematic Dr. Decide if you can. Out of all the issues... Nothing excuses allowing patient medications to lapse."
