"The guy that works at the front desk is rude. They have given me the run around for months about my childs medication and getting him an appointment. The day of the appointment we were turned away bc I didn't have the hard copy of the insurance card. He refused any help and said if I don't have the money up front he was canceling the appointment while I'm visibly upset and crying. The office on Monroe is amazing but me nor my children will be returning to the riverside office."
