"The front office/reception, which are the 4 women who make the appointments, are absolutely appalling to say the least. The fact that they are allowed to work in a mental health facility, with their lack of care and complete disregard and disrespect for the patients there, is mind blowing. We have been talked down to, lied to, cursed at and belittled. I would suggest that you find ANYWHERE else for your care because you will have to deal with these women for absolutely everything you have to do here and it is exhausting and not worth it. They are awful. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Horrible human beings and should be ashamed of themselves."

"Arrived early for my FIRST mental health appointment. When I walked in, there was an older lady very upset that somehow she wasn't scheduled when she was sure that she had an appt that day. They did nothing to comfort her or resolve the problem, the receptionist kept repeating how it wasn't her fault (true yes, but not helpful), and they simply turned her away without a resolution. As a first impression, this is a RED FLAG. I checked in easily, was seen by registration, and returned to the waiting room. I waited AN HOUR to be called, nothing. There was no communication from staff (like telling me there was a delay for some reason), and when I told the receptionist it has been an hour and I have to go, she said "I don't know why they didn't come get you". Um, ok. That's not an explanation and is certainly not a resolution. I still have no explanation as to why I was ignored/forgotten. For a MENTAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT, this is such bad form and handled so carelessly. Do not recommend it at all. Giant waste of my time."

"The pharmacists at Seneca are undoubtedly the most caring and understanding people I’ve ever encountered. They actually go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. They have made BIG problems for me, very small. The whole facility are great. But I must give the pharmacists my appreciation. They deserve a raise!"

"Dr. Jewell is one of the best psychiatrists I have seen. He uses good reasoning when prescribing medication. The health workers and office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hard time finding the office the first time, due to the lack of signs on the road. I give this place 5 stars. ----A year later--I still give Seneca a five star rating. It has been difficult during Covid-19 to get many services. I have had no problem with getting my meds or calling to get help. They even have a call line if you are having mental issues during Covid and need someone to talk to, which I have taken advantage of 2 times. Dr. Jewell actually saved my life, as I was prescribed the wrong medications by 2 other doctors. I am very happy with my experiences at Seneca."
