"Is this the new normal??? The last few visits to the Greene county health department has been quite interesting to say the least. I’ve waited for 5-7 minutes before even being acknowledged. There is a male in the front office who is consistently on his phone, to the point where I just see his fingers moving up and down, as i’m sitting there waiting for service! When i’m finally acknowledged, he is very unfamiliar of his surroundings. This is crazy and i can’t believe this place is even called a health department. I’ll be resuming my services at Madison County Health Department."

"(Before covid)Friendly staff and wait time can be a few minutes to 10 minutes max. (After covid) good luck getting any appointment set up, been on the run around for 3 months calling 3-4 times a week saying a nurse will give me a call back."
