"Just here to give a shout out to Skyler, the NP I saw at MedExpress this week. She was extremely compassionate, professional, and thorough. I’m so thankful I made the decision to go to MedExpress - two days later and I’m almost completely better."

"The nurse performing the intake - BP, temp, O2 level - was great. She asked me to wait in the exam room for the provider, which I did. About 10 minutes later, a female opened the door, informed me she had called in 2 prescriptions and left the room. I guess, visit over. I didn't even know her name until I picked up my prescription and saw the name Sharon McMillan. All of the other people I interacted with were great."

"I’m from out of town and I was stuck between a rock and a hard place with no other options but to visit this urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised at my short wait time and how wonderful Elizabeth, The nurse was. I was in and out quickly and didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely go back."

"Had bad experience. When calling to make an appointment, I was directed to their website. My appointment was for a simple earwax cleaning. I arrived on time and had to wait to check in because the receptionist was being trained. Even though I filled up insurance info online, my check-in still took 20 minutes, and I was asked for the same info again at the window. Removing earwax seems quick and easy enough, yet I was there for an hour and a half and left with wax in my ears (admitted to by the doctor that saw me). I cannot imagine what they would do if I actually came for a broken bone or any other major emergency condition. I can see the care center responses with a set template they use for all reviews which only reflects on how unperson this place is."

"I was a patient at this Med Express this week. The visit was expedient and professional. Penny and Marsha were pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. I am visiting from Florida and was not in my comfort zone the care I received was so nice. Marsha even gave me some ideas to visit places in area. Marsha by the way I enjoyed Monticello. Michies restaurant and apple picking, Thank you"
