Reviews
"For a long time this clinic has taken great care of my medical needs. Personnel are pleasant and efficient and have always provided me with exceptional patient care."
"The Charlottesville CBOC seems to be a gem in the VA system. The staff goes the extra mile for the patient, and are friendly and responsive. I have always had good luck scheduling an appointment or follow-up, and the medical professionals I have worked with seem to genuienly care about the patient."
"I don’t know how you can do the bare minimum and feel good about yourself at night. You chose this job not me take some pride. my brothers and sisters deserve better truly sad how this country treats its veterans now. These employees need to be held accountable."
"Have had numerous issues with this VA facility. They’re a pain to do absolutely anything with (scheduling, pain or disease management, etc). I have been to other, better, VA facilities around the US. Caveat emptor if you’re stuck here in Charlottesville."
"I’ve been going here for years and besides a couple speed bumps, this place is great. These folks bend over backwards to help veterans as I’ve personally experienced this. Some may complain about the wait times, but that provider may be dealing with someone in crisis at that point. Some should think past themselves and think about others. These folks go the extra mile. Before we “ veterans “ complain about something we should make sure we are doing what we’re supposed to do. These people are humans not magicians. I’ve witnessed people talk to the staff like dogs and expect some kind of special treatment. Now if that occurs a few times a day, everyday, would you become angry? Compassion goes a long ways when dealing with humans in general and it’s free. You never know what someone is going through, so do be a D@$$. If anyone from Hunter-Holmes, or someone higher in the chain of command reads I’m willing to discuss further. These folks need to be recognized for the good they do. To all the folks at the Charlottesville CBOC THANK YOU. You’re practice should be nationally recognized! VR, JB"
