"When I was referred to Dr. Pan I was told that I would like him. That was an understatement. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. After a thorough examination, he concluded that I did not have an inherited debilitating eye disease but was a carrier. He explained how other members of my family could be affected. There was a small problem with me not being sent the correct information in order to sign up for the patient portal beforehand. He apologized and personally took care of what was needed in order for me to proceed with the examination. After his day had concluded, he personally emailed me and also called to make sure that I was now able to login and see all the information and pictures taken. I don't know if it was his culture, upbringing or general disposition but he had the most unassuming, caring 'chair side' manner that I have come across in a long time. They should bottle it for other doctors to benefit from. In a medical profession where one generally feels like just another number, this was truly refreshing."

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is a doctor who is worth your trust. Dr. Pan is a gentle, soothing, kind person who also happens to be brilliant. Instead of pushing heavy-duty meds and invasive procedures, he has been diligent and thoughtful. I've been punted around to many specialists over the years and feel that I can rest easy with any recommendations that Dr. Pan chooses to make. He takes his time during appointments and I never feel rushed. His hands-on management of his practice is also pretty cool- it's almost unheard of to work with a doctor so involved in the day-to-day demands of running a practice. Even if- or especially if- you have complex health issues, don't hesitate to entrust Dr. Pan with your care."

"This is the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever seen. Dr. Pan is friendly, down-to-earth, and has a wonderful sense of humor. On top of all of this he really listens to your questions and concerns and does an excellent job explaining everything to you. He doesn’t rush you and really takes his time to make sure you understand everything and are happy with what is going on. I feel so lucky to have a doctor that has my best interests at heart and who cares so much about his patients. I highly recommend him!"
