"After the most comprehensive hearing test I have ever had, and great first time experience with hearing aids, I had a hard time getting phone messages returned. That whole issue has been resolved completely; a perfect storm of missed calls and a weird anomaly with a specific number. As I say, that has all been resolved. After having some issues with the first set of hearing aids, the set was replaced immediately without question. The staff are welcoming friendly and clearly extremely good at their jobs. this is a first class place to go with any hearing issues."

"Called this provider on Tuesday. Explained my desire to establish as a patient, having moved into area. Also described an immediate hearing aid repair need. Receptionist requested pertinent contact information and name of current provider. Then asked what make of hearing aids I wear...it isn't a make Augusta Audiology sells, as per their website. Receptionist paused when I mentioned the brand I wear. She then repeated my phone # back to confirm, and said she would tell the audiologist. I then even downloaded their new patient info form and filled it out, confident I would be making an appointment soon. Four days later and not the courtesy of a return call. They didn't get to find out that I'm in the market for new hearing aids. But they didn't call back. My time speaking with the receptionist and completing their forms was time wasted. They will NOT be getting any business from me, as they failed to give the impression that they care."
