"My appointment with Brittany Drozdo was very nice. I had a very large concern that I had developed a cancerous tumor on my temple (which was actually the case) but she was very good about diagnosing it and telling me in a nice way that while it was almost certainly squamous cell carcinoma, that I need not be concerned and that she would be able to treat it with almost 100% certainly of curing it by a brief surgical procedure. Her explanation of the procedure and condition was excellent and it put me right at ease. She also froze some other pre-cancer spots off without delay. I was very pleased with my office visit."

"I've had Dr. Kevin Miller for my primary dermatologist for several years. He is very skilled in detection of skin cancers and is very thorough in doing so. He has found all of mine mostly early on and I am grateful. If there's ever anything suspicious He will definitely biopsy. He's done several biopsies and surgeries on me with minimal scaring. And if there's anything he doesn't feel comfortable doing or can't do he will refer to someone who can. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I enjoy seeing him each visit. I have never felt uncomfortable and he listens to my concerns. I trust Dr Miller 100% with my care. The office staff are kind and considerate also and I have no trouble getting an appointment. He has several office locations. I primarily go to the Staunton office. It is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for a great dermatologist go see Dr. Miller. I have referred several people to him."

"I had a biopsy done on a place on my face by Dr . Kozak. I like my doctor but when I called two weeks later for the biopsy results, I found out it was precancerous. I wanted an appointment to see him again to talk to him about this and also another place that had come up near my eye. The answering service gentleman , Adam, told me I couldn’t get in until October 24 and that I should be glad because that was sooner than most people get in. Really? I had a biopsy and should be able to get in to see him before that. Terrible service. Sorry I went to them."
