"Horrible horrible horrible experience. NP and nurse were so incredibly rude and told me “there’s nothing wrong with you.” Next day, I’m in the ER at UVA. An X-ray, MRI, procedure, five medications, and physical therapy later, and guess what?! There was something seriously wrong, but this place swore up and down “it’s in your head. Sit up there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re fine.” No. I was bleeding internally, and had a damaged a disc in my neck. And came here because it was close. But “nothing is wrong!” I would give negative stars. Come here for a hangnail or anything trivial. If you want medical care where they don’t condescend you, go literally anywhere else. They told me to go home. They told me to go home. And I did, until 2 AM when I was rushed to UVA. Thank God for UVA."

"They were very pushy & rude. The woman that brought me back into one of the rooms had a attitude in her voice & basically shrugged her shoulders and said.. “well if you’ve been around someone who’s been sick then you probably have what they have” so there’s no reason to test. Mind you she didn’t even take my temperature. 2nd the doctor came in (he’s older) he’s even more rude and stated the same thing that I don’t need to be tested. I have a 7 month old at home and insisted to be tested. He raised his arms with an attitude and tried to reassure me that the test isn’t 100%. So he assumed I had FLU-A and sent me home with TAMA FLU MEDICINE. if you have real concerns don’t come here bc they will brush it off like it’s nothing."

"Michelle Durland is second to none. She really takes the time to listen to your thoughts and feelings about what is going on with your health. She has spent upwards of 45 minutes with me discussing my issues before making a diagnosis based on the research she does throughout the duration of the appointment. I leave her office never feeling rushed and always feeling like no stone was left unturned. Great nurses at both the Waynesboro and Fishersville locations as well."

"Some real privacy concerns here. Sat in reception waiting for my daughter to be treated and loads of personal information was being announced by the receptionist. Name, DOB, social security numbers, maiden names. An identity thief’s dream! Why not print out the forms and have it reviewed on paper instead of announcing for everyone in the office to hear? Aside from that, the service itself was fine but would not return due to the lack of concern for patient privacy. In this day and age, precautions must be taken!"
