"The people who work here are all exceedingly kind if a tad overworked. Unfortunately, If you don't follow every step to the T it's open enrollment for you all over again. This can leave an enormous care gap and is a deep flaw in their system that has affected me multiple times. The system they have put in place here is cold and doesn't award many favors, likely from the sheer ammount of people who use the service but they do their best with it. VCSB is an excellent resource for people in need"

"I was employed with Valley for shortly about a month. I was given a $500 sign on bonus That was supposed to be $1,500 which they lied some people get 15 some people get five wonder why they get to judge the person that they think that's entitled to whatever amount they think that they're entitled to and then on top of all that they took it all out so I never even got to see it I was on the amount with the dollars in and because I quit because of some of the things that I have seen and that month that I work there they are taking it back out of my paycheck again so now has gotten almost $1,000 for me for nothing so beware don't work there they're out to get people their clientele and their employees"
