"Made an online appointment for 10 am, arrived 15 minutes early like I was asked and waited over an hour to be seen. Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them?"

"I went this morning to get checked for sore throat like symptoms. There was at least 2 people sitting in the lobby so I guess they’re patients. So I walked in to the front desk & checked in myself through their ipad & several minutes after they called me to one of their check in counter & did my complete registration. At least 15-20 mins after a lady called me in & I was placed in one of their exam room. She asked me several questions, checked my vital signs but not my temperature & swabbed my throat. I saw her name in her badge but she didn’t introduce herself. 10 minutes later Sarah came in to examine me. She looked & sound nice. I was in & out for at least an hour. Overall my experience was good."

"Arrived around 6:30 this past Friday. Staff was ok, got seen, nurse kinda looked me up and down, uncomfortable to say the least. Came in for suspected UTI, Dr. said a few unrelated things which I didn’t prefer. Sent lab for culture still waiting results, the Dr. prescribed a antibiotic which has penacillin in it, I’m allergic to penacillin, pharmacy filled anyway, she even asked me what I was allergic too. Upon calling back for lab results the nurse was very rude, her responses to my questions were she didn’t know, what you want me to do, you want a supervisor. Just so unprofessional. I would expect nothing less from AH. Off to UVA I go. Still never got answers as to what they found out… If your sick UVA. See above reviews…"

"Convenient location by Food Lion in Stuarts Draft. Went there to establish a new PCP and I was very impressed with Dr. Cornwell. She was thorough, friendly and professional. Looking forward to a new doctor-patient relationship. Clerical was friendly and professional as well."
