"They really do not care here. I've had to reschedule an appointment 3 times now. Absolutely ridiculous. I have to work to make money and me constantly placing pto in to make these appointment changes are really hurting me financially and my career. At least tell me a day before. Hours before the appointment really hurt me."

"These Dr feel there time is more valuable then their patients. If my appointment is at 130 and by 1:55 I have not been seen, why stay. It’s evident that they can not be on time for the appointments they set. Though they tell us to show 10-15 mins early. Get it together."

"This is by far the BEST VA Clinic around!!! I love walking in the door for an appointment & seeing Belinda’s smiling face. I absolutely adore her. She’s NOT just your average VA Clinic Administrative Specialist. She’s known me for the last 9 years; & knows my life story. She’s actually gotten to know me over the years & can tell you my exes lady named & jobs I’ve had. LOL. My favorite RN is Gary Cook, whom I’ve known for years. He ALWAYS goes above & beyond to help you with your needs. Wendy Wyant has ALWAYS been my favorite Nurse in the CA Clinic, I was sad to see her change positions within the VA. My Grandfather who was an Army Veteran absolutely adored Wendy & she was so good with him. Dr. Gerald Brown; who recently retired, was the absolute BEST Psych Doctor I’ve EVER had in my entire life honestly. Dr. Brown didn’t just renew your Meds & hurry you out the door like most Psychiatrists/Psychologists, he actually took the time to sit there & listen to what you wanted to say, and how you were feeling. Dr. Brown honestly knows me better than anyone, even people who are close to me; that’s because he was he the only person who actually listened to what I had to say & I felt comfortable telling him anything. He is the only person who truly knows my Life History lol. He should know me so well though, because he’s been my doctor since 2009. I was sad to see him retire, because there will NEVER be another doctor as great as him, no one will EVER be able to replace him."

"I receive all my medical treatments here. Actual address is on the attached photo as well as written directions to the facility. This is a top notch facility for treating veterans. Never had a single issue. Anything that cannot be treated here will be treated at the Salem VA or you can (at your discretion) be treated at a civilian facility closer to your home."
