"For my 4th appointment in a month I was 8 minutes late due to out of town travel and 81 backed up. Upon arrival the lady kept stuffing folders the gentlemen was dealing with another customer. When he waited on me due to now being 10 minutes late they would not see my son. I was early for the other three appointments and just spent $4,000 plus what my insurance paid. I think this was terrible customer service!"
